I am absolutely thrilled to be able to listen to podcasts of TED on my Zune. And from time to time I pick up interesting tidbits. For instance, today I heard the four Buddhist noble truths. Here they are with my paraphrasing from web research.

1. All life is Suffering

2. The cause of suffering is ignorance

3. Suffering/Ignorance can be overcome

4. The true path or eight-fold noble path

1. correct thought, speech, action, livelihood, understanding, effort, mindfulness, concentration.

Is it just me or are there low flying aircraft all over Seattle? why? I wonder, could it be just innocent as flight training campaign or someone is taking a picture for mapping or something like that.

Anyway my thinking this could be omnious is a reflection of my own state of mind.
